The Best of Limassol: Massage, Spas, Gyms, Diving, Padel (2026)
Limassol stretches along the south coast of Cyprus, from the Old Town and port in the west through the city centre to Germasogeia and the hotel strip in the east, with residential districts such as Mesa Geitonia, Agia Fyla and Palodia inland. Limassol has six lists: massage, spas, gyms, diving, healthy cafes and padel. The spa list has four places, because only four places Google files as a spa met our rule of a Google rating of 4.4 or higher with at least 40 reviews; yoga, pilates, coworking, beach clubs and other categories did not reach four, so we left them out instead of padding them. Every list comes from Google ratings, review counts and the places' own websites; we have not visited them.

Which area of Limassol is best for these places?
Germasogeia, on the eastern hotel strip, has the most: Zensation, the Sabai and Phen Thai massage studios, Aquatic Centre for scuba, Green Padel Club and Greek God Fitness. Central Limassol has DS Holistic, Pro Dive, Fight & Fitness Co and the Food Factory and Enso Vegan cafes. For spas, Suenso and Masso are in the centre, Sanctum at Limassol Marina and Quick Spa at the Crowne Plaza.
Do I need a car to reach these places?
For some of them, yes. The lists run from Palodia, Agia Fyla and Mesa Geitonia inland to the seafront in Germasogeia, so check the address on each card and plan a taxi or car for the inland ones.
Why does Limassol have only six categories?
Each list needs at least four places with a Google rating of 4.4 or higher and at least 40 reviews. In Limassol massage, gyms, diving, healthy cafes and padel reached five and spas reached four; yoga, pilates, recovery, coworking, surf, cooking classes and beach clubs fell short, so we did not publish them.
Is this list sponsored?
No. Places cannot pay to be ranked. Every list uses one rule: a Google rating of 4.4 or higher with at least 40 reviews, one branch per brand, ordered by a score that weighs rating against review count.
