The Best of Antalya: Spas, Massage, Yoga, Diving, Vegan Cafes and More (2026)

Antalya splits into a few areas that matter for these lists: Konyaalti with its long western beach, central Muratpasa and the old town of Kaleici around the harbour, Lara to the east, and inland Kepez. The spas, beach clubs and dive boats cluster along the coast, the four vegan and healthy cafes sit in Kaleici, Meltem, Hasimiscan and Konyaalti, while many of the best-rated gyms and pilates studios sit in residential districts. Every list here comes from Google ratings, review counts and the places' own websites; we have not visited them.

Frequently asked

Which area of Antalya is best for wellness and the beach?

Konyaalti puts you on the beach where four of the five beach clubs sit, near the Falez and Le Spa hamams and Therabliss, and close to Perba Pilates and Poseidon. Lara and its eastern hotel strip suit travellers who want De Spa, Fr. Muller's massage centre, Nova Mare and two dive centers. Central Muratpasa is the base for the massage places in Elmali and the spas in Caglayan and Sirinyali.

How do I get between Konyaalti, Kaleici and Lara?

The three areas are spread along the coast, so plan on a taxi or ride for most hops between them. Several picks in Kepez and Soguksu are inland, so check the address before you set out.

Are prices in Antalya quoted in lira or euros?

Both. Most places we found price in Turkish lira, such as My Thai Massage and DNC Fitness, while Fr. Muller near Lara lists its massages in euros. Therabliss accepts TRY, EUR, USD and GBP in cash.

Where can I eat vegan in Antalya?

Our healthy cafes list has four places: Level in Kaleici, Sisu in Meltem, Lia near the old town and Gaiya's Vegan House in Konyaalti. Only four passed our rule, so that list has four rather than five.

Is this list sponsored?

No. Places cannot pay to be ranked. Every list uses one rule: a Google rating of 4.4 or higher with at least 40 reviews, one branch per brand, ordered by a score that weighs rating against review count.
