Gravity Stretching our studio - therapeutic spinal decompression in hanging straps, in Canggu (Padonan). Padel's lunges and overhead smashes load the lower back in twisted positions - exactly the pattern hanging traction unwinds. Several clubs above have ice baths; pair the cold with a decompression session and the next match feels years younger. Labeled block, outside the ranking - ours, so it does not get a number.
