How we choose: we took the yoga studios Google Maps returned for our search within about 18 km of central George Town, kept those rated 4.4 or higher with at least 40 reviews and still open, one branch per brand, and ordered them by a review-weighted score. Penang has many small studios, so review counts are modest; we name each studio's area because they are spread over the island and the mainland. Details come from each venue's own website where it has one, checked in October 2026; we have not visited these places. No venue paid to be listed.
Each category is its own list. Choosing another one opens that list.
The lowest price each place publishes on its own website; the three bands are cut from this list.

Last verified: ratings, review counts and open status were read from Google Maps on 20 Oct 2026. Ranking rule: rating 4.4 or higher with at least 40 reviews, one branch per brand, ordered by a weighted score that pulls small review counts toward the average, so a 5.0 from 15 reviews cannot beat a 4.8 from 900.
